Institute for Integrated Development Studies (IIDS) will be the lead agency for carrying out the policy analysis. It will work in close coordination with the National Focal Person (NFP) and the Planning Division of the MoAC. The other partner organizations are SAMANATA--Institute for Social and Gender Equality and the Centre for Policy Analysis and Development (CPAD).
